Parkwoods Wealth Partners is excited to welcome two new members to the team. Meggan Brumbaugh joins the firm as Deputy Chief Compliance Officer, based in our Carmel, Indiana office. Dustin Vincent, CPA, joins as a Tax Accountant, based in our New Castle, Indiana office.
Strengthening Compliance as the Firm Grows
Meggan brings more than twenty years of insurance regulatory experience to Parkwoods. She began her career as a staff attorney at the Indiana Department of Insurance, then left state government to pursue insurance regulatory consulting before returning to the Department as General Counsel. In early 2025, she was promoted to Chief of Staff, where she supported the insurance commissioner in executing agency priorities, coordinated across the executive team, and oversaw employee relations.
At Parkwoods, Meggan will work alongside Chris Gardner, CFP®, the firm’s Chief Compliance Officer and Head of Advisory. As Parkwoods continues to grow, the role reflects an intentional investment in the compliance infrastructure that supports advisors, clients, and the firm’s long-term stability.
Meggan earned her J.D. from the University of Dayton School of Law and her B.A. in communication studies from Manchester University. She holds the Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM) designation. Outside of work, she serves as a volunteer guardian ad litem for Kids’ Voice of Indiana.

Welcoming Dustin Vincent to the Tax Team
Dustin Vincent joins Parkwoods as a Tax Accountant based in the firm’s New Castle, Indiana office. He brings seven years of public accounting experience and focuses on strategic tax planning and compliance for individuals, families, and business owners.
Dustin earned both his Bachelor’s in Accounting and his MBA from Greenville University and holds the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation. A lifelong resident of New Castle, he is committed to long-term client relationships and steady, dependable guidance in his community.
