
If you’ve called or visited our New Castle, IN office, chances are you’ve already met Tina Conyers. As a Client Service Associate, Tina is often the first friendly voice or smile clients encounter. Since joining the team in 2017, she’s been a steady presence, making sure every interaction is warm, responsive, and helpful.
How Do You Help Clients?
I’m the friendly voice that answers our clients’ questions over the phone or the smile that greets them when they arrive. I listen carefully and make sure they get connected with the right advisor or tax professional. I also handle transfers when clients need funds moved to their bank accounts.
What Can Clients Expect When They Work With You?
I always try to have a positive attitude, no matter the situation. Clients trust me because I either get the job done for them or quickly find the right person who can.
What’s an improvement that you’ve made that helps your clients?
When I recognize a problem a client is having, I follow up with the advisor or tax professional until I know it’s been resolved. I don’t just hand things off – I make sure they’re finished.

What’s a Fun Fact About Yourself (that’s actually fun)?
I’m a new grandparent! My grandson, Owen, just had his first birthday. He’s such a joy to me and my husband – and of course to his parents, too
