Meggan Brumbaugh serves as Deputy Chief Compliance Officer at Parkwoods, helping ensure the firm operates with the integrity, transparency, and regulatory discipline our clients rely on.

Meggan brings more than twenty years of experience in insurance regulation. She began her career as a staff attorney at the Indiana Department of Insurance, then left state government to pursue insurance regulatory consulting before returning to the Department as General Counsel. In early 2025, she was promoted to Chief of Staff, where she supported the insurance commissioner in executing agency priorities, coordinated across the executive team, and oversaw employee relations.

Meggan earned her J.D. from the University of Dayton School of Law and her B.A. in communication studies from Manchester University. She holds the Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM) designation.

Meggan lives in Fishers, Indiana, with her husband, Josh, and their three children. Outside of work, she spends much of her time on a field or a court (depending on the in-season sport) and serving as an unpaid taxi service for her kids. She also enjoys reading, traveling, racquet sports, and volunteering as a guardian ad litem for Kids’ Voice of Indiana.
