Deirdre Kochanski has spent more than thirty years helping plan sponsors design retirement programs that work – advising 403(b), 401(k), and profit-sharing plans across the country on investment policy, fee benchmarking and negotiations, fiduciary compliance, and employee engagement.

Deirdre holds the conviction that the company retirement plan is the most powerful savings vehicle available to working Americans. Her career has been shaped by a commitment to ensuring that every plan she touches operates with the rigor and discipline participants deserve.

Deirdre lives in Tucson with her husband, Mike, and their son, Mac. Outside of work, she enjoys exercising, cooking, and spending time with her family.
