Ted studied Finance and Entrepreneurship at the University of Arizona before launching his career in technology investment banking in San Francisco. He went on to hold strategic finance roles at innovative startups, where he helped secure more than $350 million in funding for drone delivery and satellite connectivity ventures.

Along the way, Ted took deliberate sabbaticals to pursue his passion for teaching – becoming a snowboard instructor in Park City, Utah during the pandemic, then moving to Chiang Mai, Thailand to teach English and mathematics. Those experiences gave him a broader worldview and a real-life perspective that he brings to his work with clients every day.

Outside of work, Ted can be found on the ski slopes, working on his golf game, or cheering on his Minnesota sports teams – a commitment that, as he’ll tell you, requires considerable patience.
