Over the last 16 years, Laura Cloud has held a variety of operational and leadership roles at Focus Partners Wealth, formerly Buckingham Strategic Wealth. Her experience includes serving as Client Service Manager, Director of Relationship Management, and Onboarding and Integration Operations Manager. In that role, she acted as the primary liaison and escalation point for new offices—advocating on their behalf and creating tailored solutions to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Laura is motivated by working in close partnership with advisors to achieve goals built on a shared sense of purpose. She brings to Parkwoods a strong operational background, a passion for building relationships, and a commitment to providing excellent service.

She and her husband, Jim, live in St. Louis, Missouri, where they enjoy hiking, cooking, and spending time with friends and family. Laura is a graduate of Flagler College in St. Augustine, Florida, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in sociology.
